--- Wednesday, November 30  - Registration / Afternoon Board and Delegate Meeting/ Morning -  YALE and Contests
Opening Evening Event: Dinner and local entertainment (New Orleans Restaurant with local flavor speaker and an agriculture industry speaker)
--- Thursday, December 1 — Breakfast at Hotel – SAMPLE of Agricultural Tour: Departure-8:00 am;  a). Drive north – Avery Island, LA ; b). Arrival 10:00 am – Tabasco Plant - 45 minute tour and shopping for 30 minutes;  c).  Drive 1 hour west to Crowley, LA; d). Arrival 11:30 am for tour of LSU Experiment Station (rice, milo, crawfish, sugar cane); e). Drive around Crowley;  f). Arrival 2:00  – Tour grain facility, crawfish farm, and a sugar cane facility;  g). Departure for a fertilizer facility – Tour Fertilizer facility ; h). Dinner
---  Friday, December 2 — Breakfast at Hotel –  City Tour Departure –  Begins at 9:30 am.  Hop On Hop Off with City Tours of New Orleans – Soak in the best New Orleans has to offer with a one day sightseeing pass. Bus Tours through Quarter and Garden District hitting New Orleans’ most popular attractions: French Quarter, French Market, Esplanade, Treme, Basin Street Station Visitor Center, Uptown
---  Saturday, December 3 — 8:00 am - Breakfast and Ag Decision Makers College;  11:30 am – Lunch and Officer Swearing in Program; Afternoon Tour - Plantation Tour with Transportation and Dinner
